Ever since shooting Zara and Carl's engagement photos, I have been so excited for their wedding. I always try to keep in touch with the people that have entrusted me with capturing one of the most important days of their life. I like to check in and see how things are going - how the wedding planning is coming along, and share any great photo ideas. Well, Zara and Carl surprised me at one of our pre-wedding meetings with a gift for me and Kate - a frame for our first picture of our son:
I was amazed that clients who are paying US to photograph THEIR wedding (a huge honor in itself) would buy US a gift. It says a lot about the kind of people they are. So flippin awesome.
I was lucky enough to have Nickolas Duarte of Crown Chimp Productions as a second photographer. With his raw talent and my uncanny ability to repeatedly push buttons, we make a pretty good team and ended up with some great photographs. :)

We had the BEST day and it's pretty clear through your photographs. Carl and I just love looking through them! We can't stop smiling =) Thank you for everything! We are looking forward to the photos of your little guy when he arrives =)
